Mixed experienceI ordered 2 mattress and a double bed. One single mattress and one 4ft 6 double mattress for the bed I ordered. Both mattresses are identical just one is bigger then the other. However the 4ft 6 double mattress is firm, the single is lovely and the same as the previous king sized one we ordered from there however the 4ft 6 double is horrendously firm. After 4 days, 1 email which I've been told to wait for a reply on from 3 phone calls which was sent on the day of receiving the delivery I have received no response at all. The after sales support so far is horrendous, I believe I've received a faulty product yet cant seem to get in touch with someone who can help. After a week and 4 phone calls, the issue has been resolved and another mattress is being sent out - the guy I spoke to was extremely nice and explained the difference between alternative mattress options. The issue was caused by a change in manufacturer for springs resulting in the bed mattress being firm. The manager I spoke to was extremely nice and apologised, very nice man!
